Everything we offer is grown here in Augusta County, where we raise cattle, grow black raspberries, and are building a flock of Bresse chickens and a saffron crop. Each follows its own season and its own pace, and we give every one the time it needs. Here's what's available now, and what's on the way.

Great chicken starts with the bird. Our free range breeding flock is White American Bresse, descended from France's celebrated Bresse chickens and prized by cooks for their flavor and texture. We'll select for healthy, sound birds that thrive on our pastures and for the eating quality that makes the breed worth the wait. Our first birds are being raised to order for a small circle of friends, family and chefs. We'll take just a few orders at a time, giving each group of birds the care and attention it deserves. With every generation, we'll work toward better birds and better meals. If you'd like to hear when chicken becomes available, join our list.
Beef
Good beef takes time, and we give it plenty. Our Charolais and Limousin herd grazes the pastures of our farm in Augusta County. The calves we finish here stay until each one is ready for your table, judged by its condition rather than the calendar. With every generation, we breed toward better cattle and better beef. The result is real flavor and tenderness: beef worth slowing down for. Please join our list for updates and current availability.

Saffron
Every saffron flower holds just three crimson threads (stigma), and each thread is harvested by hand. Every corm flowered in our first small indoor crop in 2025, and that season taught us a great deal. This fall we're planting 1,500 corms and growing them several ways side by side to learn which produces the saffron quality and characteristics we are seeking. Because saffron is so often diluted or mislabeled, we will have each harvest tested by an independent lab. Saffron will be available for general purchase once it meets our standard. If you'd like to follow along and hear when our saffron is ready, join our list.

Black Raspberries
Some fruit is worth seeking out. Black raspberries have a deep, concentrated flavor all their own, and here in Augusta County, fresh ones are ready for only a few weeks in June or July. Our focus is on the soil and harvest getting the attention they deserve. We grow them without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and we pick every berry by hand at full ripeness. You'll find them fresh by the pint or gallon while the season lasts, and from our freezer after that, as supplies allow. To hear when picking begins, join our list.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If anything from our farm doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know and we'll make it right. We'd much rather hear from you than lose your trust, and your feedback helps us get better every season.
